Our school canteen offers healthy, affordable food options for students. Learn about our canteen opening hours, our menu and how to order lunch. The Garden Suburb Public School Canteen is located at the top of the playground, near the staff carpark. We have a wide variety of healthy and nutritious food in compliance with the new NSW healthy canteen strategies.

Canteen opening times

Our school canteen is open for lunch Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Our school's lunch is between 11:10am - 12:00pm. There's two ways to purchase frozen items through your Quickcliq order or in cash and these can be collected at service time from 11:25am.

Order online

Our school uses Quickcliq for online canteen orders. Register as a parent then add your child's class details for lunch orders to be delivered to the classroom.

Alternatively, you can still send money for a lunch order in a brown paper bag with their name, class and what they would like to eat written on the bag dropped off at the canteen before school.

The canteen is run very efficiently by a paid supervisor; however, it is essential that we also have volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please contact the office.
